Cook Off in Hargill, Texas With Two State Reps
I am spending the day at the Hargill Annual Cookoff with State Representatives Aaron Peña and Ryan Guillen. I get to do a lot of the food prep for the cooks. The entries are Pan de Campo, Fajitas, Carne Guisada, Beans, Beef Ribs, and Chili.
Everything is going great. No complaints except that my right thumb has gotten the shakes. It has been tough typing this.
I can’t wait to sample the goods.
